Qualifiers Workshop of the dvs Commission ‘Gender and Diversity Research’

06-07 November 2024 in Hanover

In the run-up to the annual conference of the dvs Commission ‘Gender and Diversity Research’ in Hanover, a workshop for qualifiers will take place from 6 to 7 November 2024. The target group are researchers in the qualification phase from all disciplines of sports science whose research projects can be assigned to ‘gender and diversity research’. In mentoring sessions, the basics of their own research work can be discussed and debated with regard to various aspects (theoretical approaches, methodological issues and/or research practice).

- Prof Dr Tina Nobis (Head of the Department of Sport Sociology, University of Wuppertal)

The extended deadline for the submission of papers expired on 13.09.2024

Registration and costs
Registration is requested by 01 October 2024 on our conference website: go.lu-h.de/dvs-tagung-2024, after which you will receive information on how to pay the conference fee. Participation costs €50 for members of the dvs or the ‘Verein zur Förderung des Sportwissenschaftlichen Nachwuchses’ and €80 for non-dvs members.
Important note: Participation in the qualifying workshop is also possible if you are not presenting your own research project.
